bizBox connected to the banking network

As of 15 January 2018, the bizBox network of the provider ZZI d.o.o. became part of the BANKART E-invoice system for the exchange of eInvoices and thus became the first non-bank participant of eInvoices in the BANKART system. The e-Invoice system enables the participating banks and non-bank participants to send and receive invoices in electronic form to their customers via their own solutions (e.g. e-banks). The exchange of e-invoices is carried out via a central intermediary – the processor, whose role is performed by BANKART. e-Invoices are exchanged via a central intermediary – the processor.

What does this mean in practice?
Users of bizBox services have already been receiving and sending eInvoices to users of banking channels, but in some cases this process was quite complicated, because either the recipient had to be entered on the bizBox website or the sender of the eInvoice had to adjust the envelope from the banks in order for the eInvoice to reach your bizBox eReader.

bizBox user as eInvoice RECIPIENT
ZZI d.o.o. has now obtained its own BIC code (BIZBSI2DICL), which enables you to subscribe to receive eInvoices from your suppliers who send electronically via banking channels directly via the new revamped bizBox portal (February 2018). You can already now communicate the BIC code to your suppliers to receive your eInvoice from the banking system.

ZZI/ bizBox BIC code is: BIZBSI2DICL

bizBox user as eInvoice ISSUER
It is expected that in April 2018 the system of registration in online banks of BANKART participant banks to all bizBox issuers will be completed. This means that your customers will be able to sign up to receive your eInvoices via the eSubscriptions in eBanks, which will make it much easier to send eInvoices to both legal and natural persons.

Over time, we will therefore abolish the current way of receiving eInvoices from the banking network, i.e. the way in which the sender of the invoice from the banks in bizBox has to enter ZZI d.o.o. under the recipient, together with the BIC and IBAN of the company ZZI.
