Change to the General Terms and Conditions
The new General Terms and Conditions are published at www.bizbox.eu/splosnipogoji .
Brief description of the changes:
– updating definitions
– added possibility to subscribe by proxy
– company user access is changed to bizBox platform access
– Amendments to the Subscription Contract section (6.1)
– added obligation to collect eDocuments in the eInbox (7.2.)
– added bizBox contacts
– updated Infringements (8.2)
– added chapter on Business Secrets (10)
– added place of storage and processing of data – in the Republic of Slovenia (Personal Data Processing Agreement, Article 10)
You will be deemed to have accepted any changes if you continue to use the Services despite the changes becoming effective.
If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to withdraw within 30 days of the change coming into effect, without notice, without payment of any termination charges and without penalty.
This right shall be without prejudice to and without prejudice to the outstanding and unpaid obligations of the Purchasers and the obligations to fulfil the contractually agreed obligations of the Purchasers.
