North Macedonia is introducing a new national electronic invoicing system e-Faktura, which, according to currently published information, is expected to become mandatory for B2B and B2G e-invoice exchange in October 2026.
This means that companies doing business in this market or having a subsidiary there must begin preparing for these changes in a timely manner. Compliance with the new requirements will be important both from a legislative perspective and from the perspective of uninterrupted business operations.
At bizBox, we are already preparing for the upcoming changes. For users who wish to arrange everything necessary in a timely manner, we will also establish a test environment that will enable preparation and verification of proper e-invoice exchange through the e-Faktura system.
Our goal is to enable companies to achieve timely, reliable, and as simple as possible compliance with the new requirements in North Macedonia.
If you have a company or subsidiary in North Macedonia, please contact us at prodaja@bizbox.eu. We will be happy to provide you with more information and jointly review the next steps for timely preparation.
With bizBox, e-invoice exchange at home and abroad is simpler. As a single point of entry, we connect systems, standards, and partners, and already today enable reliable e-document exchange in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and numerous other European countries.
